Driven by a passion for civic engagement, Susanna further honed her skills by volunteering for young Republican organizations, where she demonstrated her commitment to advancing conservative principles and supporting emerging leaders in the political sphere. Her roles during this time were Chair of the Central Arkansas Young Republicans and then later National Committee Woman for the Arkansas Young Republicans. 

Throughout her career, Susanna has held key positions in two prominent lobbying firms, where she leveraged her expertise to advocate for a diverse array of clients, ranging from large corporations to small nonprofits. Her track record of success speaks volumes, with a portfolio of impactful achievements and tangible results that have shaped legislation and influenced policy decisions.

Currently serving as the President of the Arkansas Society of Professional Lobbyists, Susanna is at the forefront of the lobbying profession, leading by example and setting the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Her leadership role reflects her deep commitment to advancing the interests of her fellow lobbyists and elevating the practice of advocacy to new heights.

Building on her extensive experience and unwavering dedication to her clients, Susanna founded Anchor Strategies. As the founder and CEO, she is committed to serving clients at the Arkansas State Capitol and in all areas of state government and the business community. With Anchor Strategies, Susanna continues to provide expert guidance and representation, helping clients navigate the complexities of the political landscape and achieve their advocacy goals with confidence and effectiveness.
